HOW TO PLAY
Welcome.
This tutotorial will show you howto manualy configure and play FF9 on your PC.
Hardwer requirements:
-Good PC (1000MHz and lot of RAM)
-The game (PAL version or NTSC but Im recommend NTSC!)
-Emulator with proper settings
Software requirements:
psx1.13 Emulator
NTSC bios file for us version and PAL for europe version
- copy all bios file in to bios folderof your psx folder
Emulator Plugins:
- Video Plugins
- Sound Plugins
- CD\DVD Plugins
- copy all Plugins in to Plugin folder
Start PSX:
- click on file-> configurationuration -> bios and select the bios file
- file-> configurationuration-> graphics, choose a resolution
- Very Important: Select the box VSync
- configuration -> sound->Primary Sound Drivers
PSX -> configuration -> CDROM
- select driver autodetect and subcode reading Auto
Configuration -> controller -> Port1
- Keyboard configurationuration of your choice but Im recommend gamepad controller
Now go File -> insert cdimage and open cue image file
Notice! cue image file is for NTSC version only, for PAL version you must use iso,mds or bin image file.
