Box office collection : Baadshah collects 50 crore in 4 days

Hyderabad, Apr 9 (TruthDive): The box office collection of Jr NTR’s Baadshah is 50.18 crore in four days, reports Superwoods. The four days’ collections are overwhelming as the movie has received a grand and spectacular response at domestic as well as overseas market as expected before.
Break up for Baadshah is as follows:
1st Day Collections is 12.30 Crores
2nd Day Collections is 13.68 Crores
3rd Day Collections is 14.05 Crores
4th Day Collections is 11.15 Crores
Total Collections is 50.18 Crores
Baadshah, made on a budget of more than Rs 50 crore, was released on April 5 in more than 100 screens in the country. The movie had a fantastic opening across the globe. Baadshah is still running to packed houses collecting Rs 12.30 crore on the opening day of its release worldwide.
In the domestic market, the positive reviews from film critics and a good word of mouth took the business of Baadshah upwards over the weekend.
Meanwhile, Baadshah has also showed a grand opening, collecting Rs 1.29 crore from 76 locations in the US on its first day of release, beating the opening day collection record of “Seethamma Vakitlo Sirimalle Chettu”.
In just three days of release, “Baadshah” has crossed Rs 4.19 crore in US. Trade analyst and film critic Taran Adarsh tweeted on Friday, “Although Fri report is being compiled, Telugu film #Baadshah has crossed $ 500,000 [Rs 2.75 cr] within 2 days [Thu-Fri] in USA. FANTASTIC!”
On Saturday Taran tweeted, “Although Sat numbers are still pouring in, Telugu film #Baadshah has crossed $ 765,000 [Rs 4.19 cr] within 3 days [Thu-Sat] in USA. SUPERB!”
With a grand success of “Baadshah”, director Srinu Vaitla has once again proved that he is the Baadshah of commercial films.
Baadshah is a perfect entertainer that has all the ingredients of a commercial film. Along with Jr NTR, actors Kajal Aggarwal, Siddharth, Kelly Dorji, Navdeep, MS Narayana, Brahmanadam, Nassar and Vennela Kishore feature in pivotal roles in the movie.
